If something doesn't work out, if something doesn't go your way, if something quote-unquote bad happens, please, please, please trust that this is all happening for you. The universe sends us the perfect experiences, people, situations for us to learn and everything that you're receiving in your life is a learning opportunity. You have two choices. Either you can learn from the experience and then apply.
The Art of Surrendering
I want to talk to you about the art of surrendering.
This has been a huge topic in my life recently and I want to dedicate and shout out my roommate Melina because this was her idea. And we've been talking about this a ton recently I'm so excited to bring this to you guys so the art of surrendering and in why this is so important is because I feel like when you master the art of surrendering to the universe it's literally like freaking sliding down a water slide versus you know trying to walk against a river like try swim upstream basically it's like swimming downstream along a river it's like boom boom boom everything is flowing flowing flowing flowing versus when you don't surrender and you try to control It's like literally swimming upstream.
Trusting the Universe's Plan
So, what I believe to be true is that the universe, God, higher power, source, whatever you call, you know, the divine, has a purpose for you. And it has, it's like literally working behind the scenes for you harder than you could ever even that you've ever even worked for yourself like you have a whole team behind the scenes that is literally like pressing buttons on the computer like oh my god did you see this happen no why'd you do this like literally working so hard to make all of your dreams come true all of your dreams come true.
And what happens is that on the other side, without trusting this team and without trusting the source and without, you know, and feeling like you're alone, you feel like you have to force things to happen.
Letting Go and Trusting the Process
I really want to inspire you to trust fall with the universe. Like angels, let go. There's a saying like, let go and let God. Like just let, stop trying to control the outcome of when you're going to meet your soulmate, when you're going to manifest the million dollars, when you're going to manifest the car, when you're going to manifest the dream home, when you're going to manifest the family, like, please, please, please, I promise you, it is all on its way to you. If you desire it, then you are destined for it. So, the how and the when is none of your business.
Inspired Action and Trusting the Journey
So, what do I mean by that? Inspired action means to take action based off of inspiration. So, let's say you want to start your own business. You put it out in the universe. I want to start your own business. And you're like, okay, show me the way. And maybe you have people reaching out to you being like, "Hey, I saw that you're really good at websites. Would you ever design a website for me?" And then you're like, "Oh, no, no, no. I'm trying to start my own business."
Conclusion: Trust the Journey, Embrace the Unknown
And something else I just want to add in like a bonus topic here is I was having a conversation with my mentor, Dr. Teggy this week and it was such a good call I was so fired up after. And we had this conversation about asking versus telling. And when you ask for something, it implies that there is the option of hearing no. But when you tell someone something, it's just the way it is. And so, I want you to start telling the universe what you want, not asking, telling.
