Commit to These Daily Activities for 75 Days

  • 30 minute walk per day

  • Meditate 10 minutes per day

  • No phone 30 minutes after you wake up or before bed

  • Morning Journalling

  • Listen/ read 10 minutes each day

  • Evening money hypnosis

  • Drink 1 gallon of water per day

We will be using a FREE Habit tracker app to track each day + a community group for all members to encourage each other.
